Since 2014, I have been working in copywriting, content strategy, and UX Writing, collaborating with agencies, consulting companies, startups, scale-ups, and independent businesses. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work on significant projects that have helped create engaging digital experiences and effective content. Industry: EduTech
Project: redesign of the user experience and development of all new English content for the company website as part of a full rebranding operation.
Role: Copywriter, UX writer.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the product design team to co-design the user experience.

Figma prototyping and keys creation through Lokalize.

Daily communication with the product team and other company stakeholders (marketing, technical teams) to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.

Creating a company-wide glossary and copywriting guidelines to maintain a consistent tone and style across all channels.
Industry: Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics
Project: design and development of Crystal, a new virtual advisor for real-time data analysis.
Role: UX writer.
Key Responsibilities:

Participating in all design phases, from kick-off to user testing.

Developing a style guide system for content creation.

Writing UX content and microcopy for the advisor in both Italian and English.

Figma prototyping and keys creation through Lokalize.

Collaborating daily with product designers and developers to ensure consistency and functionality.

Virtual advisor experience
New Digital Customer Experience
Industry: Banking
Project: Redesign and optimize the entire customer experience for the online banking across both desktop and mobile apps, with a focus on usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Role: Team leader
Key Responsibilities:

Creating with the team and overseeing end-to-end supervision of all microcopy content for the new online banking experience, to ensure clarity, consistency, and user engagement.

Daily interaction with the Digital Hub (including designers, developers, and client stakeholders) to align on the strategy, provide feedback, and iterate on content.

Coordinating and planning team activities to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and a seamless integration of UX writing into the overall design and development process.
LetsApp and Innovation Camp
Industry: CSR
Project: Design and development of two online platforms, each tailored to different educational audiences: one focused on coding for high school students and the other centered on digital marketing for university students. The provided content included a comprehensive set of learning materials (interactive lessons, practical exercises, and case studies), exclusive video interviews with digital professionals (Google, LinkedIn, and other industry leaders), and promotional campaigns, as well as the organization of final Hackathons.
Role: Copywriter and Instruction Designer
Key Responsibilities:

Behance Design Trends
Area: Design
Project: collection and analysis of a series of emerging design trends for 2018 and 2019 on Behance, with a focus on innovative styles, creative techniques, and visual approaches that have influenced the industry, to understand the evolution of audience preferences and anticipate future design directions.
Role: Copywriter.
Key Responsibilities:

Creation of all content, including titles and captions, to accompany and explain the design trend galleries curated by a group of designers. This involved developing clear, engaging, and informative text to provide context and insight into each design trend, highlighting key elements, styles, and techniques used by the designers.
WhatsApp for lead generation
Industry: Energy service provider
Project: Implementation of WhatsApp as a new communication channel for the client to directly engage with customers, aiming to enhance lead generation and drive product sales.
Role: content strategist.

Sector: Design
Project: organization of a series of corporate workshops on the topic of ethical design, aimed at discussing the problems and solutions related to the importance of applying a code of ethics to digital products and services.
Role: content strategist
